Ben explains that, while eating less food is one of the greatest strategies for longevity, the goal isn’t really to eat less food, but rather to eat less calories. “And that’s the best way to eat. That way you get all the nutrients you need, without having to have your body run hot in order to process those nutrients. You want to look for foods that are low calorie, high nutrition, and there’s a few of them.
