All disease is cell disease, but all cell disease is preceded by sticky blood. Blood feeds and oxygenates cells. Its circulation through the body generates an electrical charge. This electrical charge is measured by something called the “ZP” or “zeta potential”. The higher the zeta potential, the more fluid the blood is and the healthier and better nutrient-oxygenated your cells will be. Conversely, a decrease in ZP is associated with accelerated aging and health challenges.
Here are three easy ways to electrify blood and increase zeta potential. Number one: drink water, two to four quarts a day. This will improve blood volume and fluidization, improving circulatory flow, and increasing the zeta potential. Number two: breathe deeply. Oxygen plays an important role in keeping blood cells healthy and increasing their electrical charges. The overall zeta potential in the blood goes up as well. Number three: walk barefoot on the cool mud or dirt. This is called “earthing”. The electrical energy that streams from the center of the planet makes its way to the crust and surface, entering into the body through the soles of the feet. From there it will ultimately find its way into the blood stream, increasing zeta potential, improving health and longevity and enhancing well being.
